Service Description

Each weeklong session will be composed of 3 strength training sessions and 2 days will be split into speed development and nutrition coaching. The speed development will focus on running technique and plyometric training. The nutrition coaching will be an introduction to macronutrients, micronutrients, and the importance of a healthy diet as it relates to athletic performance.
